Along with your real estate agent, we position you to stand out as the best offer, even if it isn’t the highest.
5 We take care of appraisal and title.
Appraisal and underwriting re-submission take place after you have a contract. You will receive an email or a text if we require any action from you
6 You receive conditional approval.
We issue a loan commitment. You now have conditional approval for your mortgage.
7 We submit pending documents.
You will receive a text or email if we need any more documents from you. We submit any that are still pending.
8 You receive final approval.
Once final underwriting is complete, you receive final approval for your home loan.
9 Closing time has arrived.
The last step is closing and receiving your keys. You now can move into your new home.
